The Appliances Regeneration and Production Department provide services of regeneration of worn components and whole appliances, especially:

  • Crane wheels: full regeneration in accordance to approvals of the Technical Supervision Office
  • Rollers for a production line for the Continuous Caster – with dismantling and removing worn parts
  • Rollers for roller tables: smooth, corrugated, tapered, profiled and other types
  • Cylinders: of an elongator, tapered, pilger
  • Plungers of a length up to 15000 mm and diameters up to ø1000 mm
  • The attachment of a pipe rolling line: rulers, swivel screws, mandrels
  • The attachment of a plate mill rolling line: couplings, blades
  • Components of technological forge lines: rams of power hammers, pads, matrixes
  • Rams of a coke crushing machine
  • All types of components subjected to regeneration: cylinders, bodies, bearings, pans, heads and other types
  • Appliances – regeneration with assembly/dismantle of parts for: buckets, head connections, wheel kits, levers and other parts
  • Grinding of shafts
  • Regeneration is our speciality – every client is treated individually, we can suit solutions to your needs.

We also produce new parts and appliances:

  • Trailing wheels: made of castings and forgings, with treads containing sorbitol, treads hardened or welded overlay
  • Wheel kits
  • The attachment for technological lines from delivered materials or our own materials: swivel screws, mandrels, cylinders, bodies, pans, heads, etc.
  • Rollers for roller tables
  • Parts demanding, partially or wholly, increased mechanical properties and abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, erosion resistance, cavitation effects and other effects: hammers, capstan components, toothed parts, etc.
